Privacy notice
Effective from 13 October 2026
UZDO is a task system where the PS team and its clients work on projects together. This notice explains which personal data UZDO processes, why, for how long, and what your rights are.
Who is responsible

We have no data protection officer, as the law does not require one.
What data we process
- Accounts of the PS team and client contacts: name, email, role, the company the person belongs to, and a profile picture (if added). For the PS team also a password: we store only its hash and never know the password itself. Client contacts have no password; they sign in with a link sent by email.
- Work in UZDO: tasks, comments, attached files, and the history of who did what and when (for example “handed over”, “completed”).
- Sign-in and security: IP address and browser name of the active session; browser name of a remembered device; IP address and email briefly, to limit password guessing.
- Server logs: IP address, time, requested address and browser name. Sign-in and invitation links are masked in the logs.
Before saving, UZDO automatically masks passwords, access keys, payment card numbers and Latvian personal codes in text fields. Location and other EXIF data are removed from images.
Why and on what legal basis

Data that a client enters in tasks and files (for example, the name of their own customer or a document with employee data) belongs to the client. PS processes it on the client's behalf as a processor, and the client is responsible for it. Please direct questions about it to your company.
We do not make automated decisions about people or use profiling. There are no advertising or analytics tools.
Who else sees the data
Only these service providers process data, each under a data processing agreement:

Transfers to the USA rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. We do not sell data or share it with others unless the law requires it.
How long we keep data

Cookies
UZDO uses only cookies that are needed for you to sign in and for the system to work. There are no tracking or advertising cookies, so we do not ask for consent.

The browser's local storage also keeps the width of the task list. Fonts are served from the UZDO server, not by other companies.
Your rights
You can request access to your data, its correction, deletion, restriction of processing and a copy in a portable format, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Write to info@ps.lv; we will reply within one month. You can change your name and profile picture yourself under “Profile”.
If you believe your data is processed incorrectly, you can lodge a complaint with the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (Elijas iela 17, Rīga, LV-1050, www.dvi.gov.lv) or with the supervisory authority of your country.
Changes
If this notice changes, we will update the date at the top. We will announce significant changes in UZDO.
